Enhancing Students’ Entrepreneurial Competencies through Extracurricular Activities—A Pragmatic Approach to Sustainability-Oriented Higher Education

Entrepreneurship can provide a creative, disruptive, problem-solving-oriented approach to the current economic, environmental, and social challenges of world. This article aims an analysis about way universities have impact on developing entrepreneurial competence in students through extracurricular activities. The research relies questionnaire survey at University Petrosani, who participated range activities both online during COVID-19 pandemic face-to-face afterwards. methodology consisted applying principal component reduce dimensionality indicators, followed by classification respondents cluster training feedforward neural network. After finishing network-training process, error was minimized, resulting three classes respondents. Furthermore, based classes, follow-up conclusions, policies, decisions be issued regarding perception entrepreneurship societal level, which is beneficial for academia entrepreneurs, as well future undertaken this field. key conclusion our that education real facilitator transition sustainable entrepreneurship. Students perceived meeting successful entrepreneurs being among most effective activities, assessing useful, field study proved important factor their intention.
